Step 1: You submit a quote request

Step 2: A real human calls you back
During business hours, you'll hear from us same day. We're not an automated system — a real shirt specialist will call or email to discuss your order. We'll ask a few questions to make sure we understand what you need and confirm we can hit your deadline before anything else.
That deadline confirmation isn't a formality. We genuinely will not take an order we can't fulfill on time. If your timeline is tight, we'll tell you honestly whether rush production is needed and what that looks like.
Step 3: Artwork review
You send your logo or artwork. We review it and tell you:
- Whether the file is print-ready
- If any adjustments are needed (resolution, color conversion, simplification for certain methods)
- Which decoration method makes most sense for your artwork and quantity

Step 4: Proof and approval
We send you a digital proof — a mockup showing exactly how your design will look on the garment, in the correct placement and color. You review it, request any changes, and approve it.
Nothing goes to print without your approval. This is where we catch any issues before they become expensive problems.
Step 5: Production begins
Once you approve the proof, production starts. Standard turnaround is 10-12 business days from approval. Rush orders on DTF can be as fast as 5 business days — confirm availability when you call.
Step 6: Delivery or pickup
Shirts ship to your address or are ready for local pickup in Bucks County, PA. You get tracking information when the order ships. If anything isn't right when it arrives, call us — we make it right.
