Whatever the reason, rush orders are something we handle regularly — but there are real limits to what's possible. Here's the honest breakdown.
What "rush" means at Turbo Tees
Our standard production time is 10-12 business days from artwork approval. Rush production is available on DTF orders and can get shirts done in as few as 5 business days from approval. For some smaller orders, even faster turnaround may be possible — call us and tell us your deadline.
Rush is available on DTF — not all methods
DTF (direct-to-film) printing is our fastest decoration method. It doesn't require screen setup time like screen printing does, so production can start faster. If you need a rush order, DTF is almost always the right choice. Read our guide on what DTF printing is to understand how it works.

What you need to have ready for a rush order
Rush production can only start once you have:
- Print-ready artwork: A clean, high-resolution logo file. Rush orders don't have time for extensive artwork back-and-forth. Read our guide on how to prepare artwork for printing.
- Size breakdown confirmed: Know exactly how many of each size you need before you call.
- Proof approved quickly: Rush orders require same-day proof approval. If we send a proof and it takes 3 days to get approval, your rush timeline is gone.
Shipping on rush orders
Rush production is only half the equation — you also need to account for shipping time. Standard ground shipping adds 2-5 business days depending on your location. If you need shirts in 7 days total, a 5-day production + 2-day shipping only works if you're close enough for 2-day ground delivery. For tighter timelines, expedited shipping is an option at additional cost.
