Turbo Tees prints custom apparel to order. Because every item is personalized with your logo, design, or team colors before it ships, we handle returns differently than off-the-shelf products. Here's exactly what to expect.
A real human checks your artwork, sizing, and order details before anything goes to production. If we spot something that looks off — a low-resolution logo, a sizing mismatch, an unclear instruction — we'll reach out before we print, not after.
If your order arrives with a printing error, wrong size, wrong color, or doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll make it right at no cost to you — a reprint, a replacement, or a refund, whichever fits the situation. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
Because each order is printed specifically for you, we can't accept returns simply due to a change of mind once production has started. You can cancel or modify your order for a full refund any time before we begin printing — just call or email us as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take photos, and contact us within 14 days. We'll get a replacement out to you.
