Terms of Service
By using turbotees.com or placing an order with Turbo Tees, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Orders & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice based on supplier costs, sizing, or scope changes. Orders are confirmed only after artwork approval and (where applicable) payment.
2. Turnaround & Delivery
We commit to in-hand dates we confirm in writing. If we miss a confirmed in-hand date due to our fault, we will work with you to make it right — including expedited shipping, partial refunds, or order remakes as appropriate. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to artwork you provide us. By providing artwork to Turbo Tees, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. You agree to indemnify Turbo Tees against any third-party claims of infringement related to artwork you supply.
Designs created for you by our team are yours to use once your order is paid in full.
4. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
Because all of our products are custom decorated, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if a product arrives flawed or differs materially from your approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — typically by reprinting the affected items at no charge. 5. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at order time. Most orders require payment in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards via Stripe and other approved methods.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Turbo Tees' total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
